If you are looking for a new dental office, stop looking - you have found it! The customer service they provide at Smiles is fantastic! My children and I have had everything from basic cleanings to fillings, root canals, and crowns. Everything has gone well and the staff from Dr. Marshall, Dr. Brittney, Vanessa, Teri, Katie, etc have been amazing! And then Emily, Diane, and the front desk staff have always been helpful when I went identify how to leverage insurance and payment options for services needed as well as scheduling appointments for the entire family. I truly appreciate each member of the staff and I am grateful to have found a dental office my children and I are comfortable with!

The recent experiences at Smiles of Orland park have been beyond exceptional. I’ve gone to the dentist every six months since I was very young, and as a 35 year old that never had cavities, but now have 4 to be filled, in addition to getting some cosmetic dentistry done I was obviously nervous. Every single person that works there is so warm and friendly. They made me comfortable, and knowledgeable about each procedure. They talk about pricing and everything up front. The best part EVER——-ready? They are on time always!!!! You make an appointment at 2? You’re seen at 2! I’ve waited for hours at other dentists....this place runs so efficiently. I won’t ever go anywhere else. Even my 12 year old son said he wanted to keep going here ONLY! I’m so happy to have found such a great team help me with my smile.
