To Our Patients:
We understand, and sincerely respect, that many of our patients may be concerned about coming into contact with Coronavirus in public places, even at our consistently sterilized, state-of-the-art, office.
At Smiles Of Orland Park, we want to assure you that our office has further heightened our already rigid sterilization safeguards and office cleaning standards. We are taking these and other measures to minimize the possibility of transmission to our outstanding team, or to you, our valued patient. We have always far exceeded all minimum standards for sterilization and patient care.
Our first priority is always the health and well-being of our patients. That is a responsibility we take extremely seriously, especially in light of the current situation we’re all experiencing.
Even in these trying times, we remain committed to attending to your dental health, as it plays such an important role in your overall health.
In order to best protect the health and safety of our valued patients and the public, our team at Smiles Of Orland Park and I will follow the directions of Governor Pritzker by adhering to the restrictions he has imposed. Our team will be reaching out to all of our patients, with and without appointments, so that everyone remains safe and informed.
When you visit our office, please observe the following recommended guidelines:
-If you are experiencing any symptoms, please notify us and we will postpone/reschedule your treatment.
-If you have traveled out of the country in the last 3 weeks, please notify us and we will postpone/reschedule your treatment.
-If anyone accompanies you to our office, please have them remain in the car.
This is just one more way that we can show our high level of care for you, and for everyone in our community. We very much look forward to seeing you, your family, and your friends very soon.
